Player Code
Players must show respect for teammates, opponents, officials, coaches, facilities and spectators; follow safety instructions; avoid bullying, hazing, discriminatory conduct, threats and retaliation; and report injuries or safety concerns promptly.
Parent / Guardian Code
Parents and guardians must support a safe learning environment, avoid abusive sideline conduct, respect officials and coaches, avoid coaching from the sideline when it interferes with instruction, communicate concerns appropriately, and never pressure an injured player to continue.
Coach / Staff Code
Coaches and staff must maintain professional boundaries, follow youth-safety rules, avoid favoritism and retaliation, never use physical punishment or humiliating discipline, avoid private or secret communications with minors, follow injury and concussion protocols, and report suspected abuse or serious misconduct as required.
Volunteer Code
Volunteers must stay within their assigned role, follow supervision requirements, maintain appropriate boundaries, protect confidential information, and immediately escalate safety concerns to the appropriate authority or club contact.
Violations & Discipline
The club may restrict, suspend or remove a participant, parent, coach, staff member or volunteer from club activity for conduct inconsistent with safety, law, league rules or club policy. Serious allegations may be referred to law enforcement, child-protection authorities, governing bodies or other appropriate organizations.
