Information We Collect
When you contact the club or submit a player-interest form, we may receive information such as your name, email address, phone number, city or town, inquiry type, player age, position, playing level, training interests, experience and goals. We intentionally avoid collecting a player's date of birth on the initial interest form because it is not needed at that stage.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, organize player interest, communicate about tryouts or training opportunities, discuss partnerships or volunteer roles, and operate club communications.
We do not use website form submissions for unrelated advertising and we do not sell submitted personal information.
Players Under 18
For a player under 18, the interest form must be submitted by a parent, legal guardian, or other adult who is authorized to provide the information. For a player under 13, the form requires an explicit parent/guardian authorization confirmation before submission. Children under 13 should not submit personal information to the club through this website on their own.
Please do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account details, immigration records, school records, or other sensitive information unless the club specifically requests information through an appropriate process for a legitimate operational or safety purpose.
Form & Email Services
This website is hosted using GitHub Pages. Website forms are processed through FormSubmit so submissions can be delivered to the club's email account. Club email delivery may also use third-party email infrastructure. These providers may process information as needed to deliver the requested service.
Security & Data Minimization
We aim to collect only information reasonably necessary for the inquiry at hand and to use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Retention
Submitted information may be retained in club email records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, manage the relevant club opportunity, maintain appropriate records, or meet legal obligations.
Sale, Sharing & Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information submitted through our website forms. We do not use player-interest form information for targeted advertising or profiling unrelated to the club inquiry.
Your Choices
You may contact the club to ask about information you previously submitted, request a correction, or request deletion where appropriate. Some information may need to be retained when required for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
